6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any images you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the images generated using our AI services. You may use generated content for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable laws.

The VibePicture platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

  • Contains explicit sexual content, nudity, or adult material
  • Depicts violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
